| Daily Specials:
Tuesday- Tomato Basil soup & Grilled Cheese*: The very best San Marzano tomatoes, rich cream, lots of fresh basil, a splash of red wine, and a good dose of parmesan cheese. Served with an ooey gooey grilled cheese sandwich featuring smoked Gouda, Muenster, or Havarti.
Wednesday- Chicken and Dumplings: The ultimate comfort food, homemade with care. Carrots, celery, onions, savory fresh herbs, chicken broth, cream, plenty of tender chicken breast meat, flour, flat dumplings, sage, shortening, and buttermilk. Served with crispy bread for dunking.
Thursday- Artisan Quiche*: Indulgent, buttery brunch fare with caramelized onions, Irish white Dubliner cheese, fresh herbs, and maple bacon or artichoke. Served with fresh seasonal fruits.
Friday- Chef's choice! Soups such as King Crab Bisque, Creamy White Cheddar Broccoli, White Chicken Chili, Vegetarian Lentil, and Cheesy Corn Chowder will be rotated. Other meals such as open-faced roast beef sandwich with potatoes, chicken pot pie, and homemade goulash for an exotic twist, will be incorporated as well.

Everyday Menu:
Caldo Gallego (Spanish stew): My husband's favorite soup from his hometown in Puerto Rico. Broth-based with white beans, potatoes, shredded turnip greens, ham, and smoky chorizo. Served with crusty bread. Que Rico!
Connie's Curried Chicken Salad: Chunks of cooked-to-perfection chicken breast meat, celery seed, grapes, carrots, pecans, shallots, and secret spices.
Tuna Salad: Fresh and perky! Tuna, shallots, sweet peppers, fresh dill, relish, capers, olive oil, and lemongrass.
Egg Salad: Boiled eggs, shallots, relish, sun-dried tomatoes, a pinch of mayo and mustard, and sweet maple bacon.
Cucumber Salad: Just like the popular finger sandwiches at tea parties, only better! Finely minced cucumber, shallots, fresh dill, and cream cheese.
Pasta Salad: Gluten-free pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, shallots, a variety of sweet peppers, olives, celery, spices, and Italian vinegarette.
Smashed Potato Salad: Golden potatoes, maple bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, boiled egg, a pinch of mayo and mustard, and spices.
Strawberry Poppyseed Salad: A bed of mixed greens, strawberries and seasonal fruit, topped with Connie's curried chicken salad, with poppyseed dressing on the side.
